We really enjoyed our stay at Franklin Terrace. The owner/manager was very knowledgeable about the history of the facility and was very accommodating during our stay. The place was decorated appropriately and appeared very clean.

This property is on National Register as Historic Site. Being built in 1887, property is in very good shape! Breakfast was very good and featured pumpkin spice pancakes perfect for October!

My husband and I were there on an anniversary trip. The first morning when we arrived for breakfast there was only one slice of bacon available. Eventually more was brought out. The eggs were cold. Hashbrowns were not warm. Sausage gravy was cold also. Biscuits were very good. The second morning there was a crock pot full of grits. They were barely warm. Overall we were not pleased with the breakfasts. Has stayed here before and the breakfasts were very good.

Mom and daughters weekend
My daughter's and I had a wonderful time at Franklin Terrace Bed and Breakfast from check in to check out. The rooms was very homey and comfortable. Ms. Ling the chef was absolutely a delight😊 and her food and service was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again with no doubt! Highly recommend staying at Franklin Terrace Bed and Breakfast!
