If you think you're getting a hotel, you're not. Therefore there are many amenities that don't exist, bag check, onsite parking or even a front desk that can actually answer questions. The place is clean and in a nice location across from a Whole Foods, but don't expect good service. Several staff members were impolite and rude, even though they didn't have answers to basic questions on parking. Check out is more like an AirBnB than a hotel, so you're on your own but paying the price of a hotel.

Poor
HORRIBLE!!!
Terrible service. Horribly overpriced. False advertising -- this is not a hotel by any means. The "Global Luxury Suites" staff is generally not available to help you if you need anything. AVOID.

The place was mostly clean. There was a decent amount of room and it was attractive to the guy. It was a pretty decent view out the window. We also felt very safe there and I liked the fact there was a whole foods just across the street and I pharmacy in building right next-door Everything we would’ve needed was there even if we didn’t use it. However the pillows were very uncomfortable for me, they were way too big, I needed something flatter. Also the couch was not comfortable for sitting. Plus there was no way to watch the TV from the bed. Also because it is not a traditional hotel it is really hard if you want to get something from someone quickly. There is no room service or a hotel bar or restaurant. Because you’re not in a hotel. It’s not like you can just call the front desk. There is a Concierge-type person but they’re not always available. You have to call them and then wait for them to show up. But when you did call them and they did show up they were very helpful nice people. I should’ve taken more photos of the room sorry! That’s a dog park out the window for residents of the place.
