My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. I called reception to ask for a cleaner and then when a cleaner arrived they asked me to leave the room (which I was working in) and they wanted me to stand in the hallway whilst they cleaned. Just seemed a little weird and the hotel itself didn’t have any comforts that a typical 4* hotel would have - fridge, coffee machine etc

A gem in New York
Highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect to access all areas most key sites are a 40 minutes walk or 15 minute metro ride The rooms are small but it is New York but the style and the views more than make up for that. Staff are friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar on the second floor was good, good cocktails, well styled and nice vibes. The coffee shop by reception had good coffee and probably one of the best croissants around.

The hotel was great and the location was perfect. Rooms are very small but had everything we needed. We also had a fabulous view of the Empire State Building from our room. Would definitely stay again.

Better hotels in NYC
Disappointed! The staff was very unfriendly and we were told we would be able to access the rooftop bar but we weren’t and they also advertise free coffee which wasn’t true either. My friend had sent my birthday present to the hotel and it sat at the front desk until I finally asked if anything came. They are very disorganized and I would not stay here again.
