Disappointing stay
Our first room was dirty so we requested a room change. The first room had waste left on the floor from prior guests, the bathroom was not well cleaned and there was no toilet paper. The second room was still not very clean and the shower gel and lotion dispenser was completely empty in the room. Breakfast was okay. Staff was not very attentive. We selected this hotel because of its high ratings. I am not sure why past guest gave such good reviews. This was not our experience.

Was updated and modern, however no one ever came for room service, we had a massive pile of wet towels and garbage that were never picked up. Called down for towels at one point and was told they would bring them. They never came. Whole 4th floor smelled like weed and was very unpleasant.

Poor sound insulation and housekeeping knocked daily seeing if I was still in the room....I had the room booked for a week. Other than check in, there was never anyone at the front desk. Being a night shift worker, i could never come down and pay for any snacks so ended up not getting anything.
