The location is bad, no view to the lake. Price doesn’t make any sense

Poor service, I request a cancellation regarding some family issues and they were no enable to provide it to me. It has a lot to wish from the place.

The landscape was beautiful. Plants everywhere and a lovely view of the lake. The hot tub had no water in it and the sauna was not working, which was a big pull to staying at this location

Get one of the rooms the overlook the lake. The rooms themselves are functional but right outside our door was a fantastic view and several hammocks to use to relax and enjoy the scenery.

This is a nice hotel with an incredible view. The rooms are simple but very clean. The hotel had kayaks that guests could use at no cost and they have an up-close, unobstructed view of the lake. It is not difficult to walk to the more busy areas of town either.

It has the best view of the lake and the most beautiful garden. A little difficult to communicate with them.

Great hotel with a welcome drink and tea/coffee in the morning. They have kayaks and a pool. Hotel staff are very friendly. The wifi worked great but the bed sheets are a bit scratchy/itchy.

I got a room with a very nice view over the lake. My experience was ruined however, when I discovered in the middle of the night that the roof is filled with spider nests - various types of species that started to go around their business, that is going up and down the walls and cobwebs over my head. What is worse though, seven specimens looked like the brown recluse and were going about hunting in the room descending on floor etc. I could not sleep the whole night. I told about my experience the hotel owners and asked them not to charge me an extra fee for the room with a view as my experience was miserable. The owners denied there were any spiders. Upon seeing pictures, denied they were taken in the room. Upon seeing details of the room, denied those were dangerous species as nobody got bitten (!). Also, they denied having the spiders ever as "they migrate from neighbors" (?!). I explained to them the danger of a recluse and the need to fumigate and clean the rooms upon which they told me "since I am so knowledgeable about spiders" I could read what they use and they put a bottle up my face, literally. The fly screen was totally off which I also showed them together with all cobwebs which could not migrate from their neighbor. When they run out of excuses they told me that I am creating trouble on their property and since I booked through Expedia and they didn't collect payment, I should leave immediately or they would call police (!!!). Expedia refunded unused nights
