To recuperate and discover some ancestry
We had a fabulous 4 days; made extra special by the warm welcome we received and great, understated service throughout our stay. Owners and staff alike were friendly and informative. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful, the history surrounding us was truly interesting and the access to some of the most beautiful places in England easy and compelling. The breakfasts were well presented and quintessentially English, our room was warm, comfortable and welcoming. Excellent, just what was needed!
