Welcoming & beauty everywhere. This hotel and the staff are friendly & professional. Hotel is gorgeous. Venice is a dream. Can’t say enough about the hospitality. The pizza right outside the hotel caddy corner of the glass bead store is perfection. Not the one on the end or down the alley. The gondola ride is a must & so worth the money at sunset.

Wonderful time. 11/10!
My wife and I stopped in Venice on our honeymoon and we both loved this hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. From the moment we walked in to check in to the moment we left, everyone seemed they genuinely wanted to help with anything they could. We enjoyed the food they offered for dinner and the service. So much so, we had dinner twice there. They also offered to make any reservations we wanted at any restaurant but we didn't take advantage of that. They helped with any questions we had regarding things to see in Venice. We needed to go to the airport once we checked out and they booked us a private boat direct to the airport which was a fun experience and very convenient. The location was ideal for us. Some may want to be closer to the Rialto bridge and shopping (it was about a 15 min walk) but we didn't want to deal with noise etc. It was also close to the train station. We would like to visit Venice again and I can confidently say, we will come back. I wish I could recall everyone's name that helped us so that I could name them individually. Stay here if you want a great stay.

Venice vacation
We truly loved this hotel, we felt like home and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our original plan was to stay two days and decided to extend extra three days. I would highly recommend this hotel, the area is away from all kind of noise, but short walking distance to the boat bus where we were able to go everywhere. Not to mention that there were at least 10 good restaurants near by from 2 to 5 minutes walking distance and grocery store behind the hotel. This is a jewel in the island.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and stayed here. The entrance, lobby, courtyard, the breakfast area and the rooms are clean and you immediately feel right at home. Special thanks to Marco, the breakfast staff, bar team and housekeeping for allowing us to rest and enjoy Venice. Rooms are beautiful, soundproof and have all the amenities you need. I highly recommend to ask anyone in the hotel for help, directions, dinner options, etc. We will come back and recommend this boutique hotel to all our family and friends! Muchas gracias!
