Beds are not confortable, check in was terrible, not able to find our booking. Personnel did not understand our requests. We need to request towels several times. We requested a change of bed linens because of Bad smell. Breakfast was not Bad. Building needs some maintanance.

No running water morning of check out so could not shower , no wifi, no shampoo , 2 small bars of soap for 4 people , no phone to call front desk so had to walk 2 flights of stairs to talk to someone in office , breakfast was ok, staff does not seem to care when you express your concerns . Not worth it for the price !
