Would absolutely recommend this hotel!! As a female solo traveler that had never been to Palermo and was unfamiliar with the area, I was worried about booking the right hotel, but I had the best experience here and felt very safe. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel breakfast every morning is AMAZING (plus there is complimentary coffee, tea, and water offered in the room too). The location is also very central (only about a 15-minute walk from Palermo Centrale, so quite convenient for getting to/from the airport if taking the train), and it is located right around the corner from Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main city streets with many options for dining and shopping. The hotel even provides a guide with some recommended restaurants and tourist activities, and most of the major tourist sites are also within about 20-minutes walking distance of this hotel! Would definitely stay here again, and I would encourage anyone considering this hotel to book a room here ASAP! :)

Perfect location, close to many sightseeing spots (cathedral, palace, museum) and close to many great restaurants regardless of your budget. Staff were excellent, patient and attentive. They offered great suggestions. Nini and the rest of the reception team were absolutely lovely and helpful- especially with our parents. Breakfast was a lovely experience, many thanks to the F&B team. Be sure to try the cannoli at breakfast!

Staff are absolutely amazing, had the best recommendations for things to see and do and places to eat. We had wonderful food as a result. Driving to the hotel is a little tricky and definitely recommend the parking garage option. Breakfast is delicious and lots of options to pick each day. Rooms were large and comfortable. Location is fantastic. Highly recommend for a stay in Palermo!

The host, Alicia, was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. Very clean and nice hotel with a great breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The walk from the train station was a little sketchy, I would suggest a taxi from the train station.

Terrific property. Beautiful room & building. Central location. 15min walk from central train station. Staff were outstanding. Nice terrace for coffee in morning. Near perfect hotel in central Palermo

This is the best hotel I've experienced in Italy. The location was incredibly central and pretty much ideal. The staff were most attentive and kind, and the room (even though I booked one of their cheaper options) was stylish with many thoughtful touches. My largest regret was that I had only booked 3 nights there; I wish I could have stayed longer. The only area for improvement I could think of is around the breakfast. The selection and quality was amazing, but there was a little confusion during the service, which meant that the toast I'd ordered was bread on the 2nd morning and absent on the 3rd. I didn't raise this with the hotel, as it seemed such a minor point. Another guest became a little agitated about the confusion on one morning.

A terrific place to stay in the heart of Palermo’s Old town within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the Palermo Cathedral, and the Palace. The staff were wonderful and oh so helpful! The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The rooms were clean and beds decently comfortable. The decor was as simple and tasteful. One could not hear the street noise . The hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. There is no elevator but the staff are very willing to run your luggage to the upper floors
