The check-in was smooth, quick, and friendly. I liked how the room has a queen, double and twin beds to spread out or accommodate a family of 5. The cons were that there were only 4 hangers, just enough to hang out jackets, but there was no where else to hang our bath towels. Also, something to think about is booking to stay on a Friday and Saturday night stay. The bar was below the rooms and it was so loud due to the bass and music that our room/beds were vibrating from around 10 pm to 2 am. It was a very restless night. Granted the hotel did email about the noise and provided ear plugs and if we wanted to keep the reservation, I didn't think it would have been that bad. It was really horrible even with ear plugs provided. Just don't book to stay in the suites for Friday and Saturday. I did like the location that you can walk and check out the Fisherman Wharf and the cute and quaint town.
