Wi-Fiが室内に表示されているものと違い、探したが見つからず、レイトチェックインだったため、朝になってから緊急連絡先へ確認したら、別のものだった。滞在中、Wi-Fi環境でなかったこと。 また、テレビが見れなかった。光TVの画面で表示されていて、リモコンの地デジのボタンを押したら、その後からTV画面がアンテナを受信できません。の表示のみとなり、滞在中TVが見れなかった。朝に電話で確認したところ、ケーブルTVでみてほしかったと言われたが、どのボタンでケーブルテレビになるのか聞いたところ、わからないといわれた。室内には、説明のファイルがあったが、Wi-Fiやテレビについての説明は全くなく、不便極まりなかった。
