Exceptional 10.0
Although a bit tricky to find in the dark, we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was clean, excellently equipped, everyone we met were helpful and pleasant, breakfast was good and we had an excellent stay. It was also close to the metro and you could walk into central Rome if you wanted to.

Good 6.0
I wouldnt go back.
Nice room, easy to find and get to. 2 min from metro, 15 min walk to Colloseum. Had everything we needed. Nice ladies there each morning to clean room and make breakfast but there was no channel of communication with owner. I emailed the week before arriving with our details but had no reply. On the night, I tried to call to say our flight had been delayed so we'd be arriving just before midnight but whoever answered the phone kept saying 'other number' then put phone down. On arrival at 23:45, we couldn't get in. There was no number to call, nobody answered the buzzer and by 00:15 we'd given up. Thanks to a smashing Italian girl returning home from work who made lots of calls over 15 minutes and stayed with us, the caretaker was tracked down and we were finally admitted. The worst experience ever. Also, breakfast bread was delivered during the night but others staying there could eat it before you were up. If you find yourself in the same position, good luck!
