Charming, Boutique Hotel with Amazing Staff
I travel for work a couple times per month so hotels need to be really amazing to impress me. This small, boutique hotel is an INCREDIBLE value for the money. Gorgeous decor and charm. The receptionist was very friendly and quickly checked us in. There was a large selection of tea and cold water in the lobby. The second-floor room was spacious with sliding glass doors that opened up onto a balcony that overlooked the street. The balcony had a table with two chairs. Even though the room was located right off reception it was quiet. The room decor was clean and charming, super comfy bed! The room had two benches and a desk which was great for unpacking suitcases, as well as a small refrigerator and hot water kettle for making tea. A full-length mirror and wardrobe area with hangers was also provided. The room itself had a skylight over the entry hallway. The bathroom was large, very clean and also had a skylight. The breakfast is upstairs in a glassed-in room filled with plants. It was delicious! Made-to-order eggs, pancakes, waffles, french toast, toast, etc. I had scrambled eggs and waffles and both were prepared very quickly. They even had a juice machine and offered 8 or so different fresh juices. The buffet featured coffee, juice, milks, croissants, avocado, an assortment of jams, yogurt, and more. We stayed at a place twice as expensive during the first part of our Cusco trip and this place was FAR nicer than that. I wish we had chosen to stay here the entire time.

Very Good 8.0
The location is great and the decor is contemporary and shower has great water pressure, big and comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than most with the view of Cusco. However, our room was right next to the reception and right down the stairs to the kitchen so it was quite loud with ppl going up and down the stairs and kitchen noise.

Very cute small hotel (maybe 9 or 10 rooms), excellent service, very clean and excellent location. We stayed here a few nights and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great Boutique Hotel!
The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are clean and cute. The noise factor might bother some - can not sleep with windows open. Other than that, we loved it!

Our Home in Cusco
Overall, Cooper offered us a "home away from home" in Cusco. The interaction with the staff from check-in to check-out was excellent. Special shout out to Itala Lazares who was more of a friend that a hotel front-desk manager and took care of everything that we consulted with her. The list is long but everyone also deserves commendation: the housekeeping staff, the breakfast folks and their made-to-order scrambled eggs, the night managers, et al. The location can't be beat - it is very close to plazas and sites, shopping, eating places, etc. but not located in a noisy and congested main drag like Avenue el Sol which is overrun by tourists and locals. Even a big restaurant nearby that offers a Peruvian musical show with dinner quiets down around 10 p.m. We plan to come back to Peru to visit the places we missed and will definitely stay in Cooper again.
