Very Good
Great, modern hotel near the conference centre!
The hotel is very clean, very modern, everything is very new. It seems like they're still working out some kinks with things like room temperature and check in but they were responsive to fix the problems. For instance, When I called to have someone come to take a look at my heating issue, they arrived promptly and fixed the issue in a reasonable amount of time. The gym is nicer than your average hotel gym with a nice view of the city and the rooftop area is lovely. It would be great to sit out there with a cup of coffee in warmer weather. Even the hotel bar and restaurant had a more modern menu than your typical hotel and the food was good. It is also INCREDIBLY close to the major conference center and quite convenient to a major bus route and metro station. This is a great location for conference attendees and when I was out walking at night, I felt safe a single woman alone.

Poor
Horrendous staff. Do not stay here.
First - the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and clean. Great location, one block from the metro and easy for buses. HOWEVER. I have never in my life met a ruder hotel staff than the one that works at this hotel. I question whether they have ever had any sort of hospitality training at all. The front desk staff was rude any time you asked a question, and after one person in our party dared to do so, they stood around and mocked her to each other for twenty minutes (not knowing we were sitting near enough to hear). When she went over and made it known that she had heard all of them mocking her, they proceeded to berate her again for asking the original question, demanding to know what room she was in. Not sure how that was relevant, but there was never an apology. As we were leaving with a small child, trying to negotiate all our bags, a stroller, and a squirming one year old through doors that did not have an automatic opener, I look over at three hotel staff standing by the side door, LAUGHING at us because of how ridiculous we looked. Yes. We looked ridiculous. We both had backpacks on our front and back and a pushing a crazy loaded stroller. But in what world of proper hospitality would hotel staff stand there, point and laugh, instead of helping your guests? Fortunately, there was a kind guest leaving at the same time who held the door for us. Otherwise they all would have gotten a bigger laugh while they stood and watched us try to leave.

Exceptional
Great for a weekend trip!
Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and a great staff. The hotel bar was fun and the drinks were delicious. Right in the middle of downtown!

Review
The staff was wonderful, hotel was attractive and clean, but my bed, Room 845 by the window, was awful! It felt like a sink hole in the middle of the bed. No matter which way I put myself I kept falling in.

Fair
Awful
hen I booked on your site I paid extra for breakfast included and when I checked in they said they don’t have such a thing! They gave me a gift card to use at their restaurant for $10 to make up for it and I felt cheated. I had dinner that night at the Delegate and it was awful. The burger was gross and tasted so from the frozen aisle. The next two days I had breakfast there and it was awful. I asked for eggs Benedict and the egg smelled funny and the potatoes were hard as a rock. Next day I had French toast and that tasted gross too. I couldn’t wait to check out.
