    The rooms was small but it had everything you need. The room itself was clean but one of the bathrooms wasn’t working and the other one was always dirty. The walls are pretty thin so you‘ll hear it when someone is talking. Everything else was good except of the fact that we had to pay 30£ because we could not make it before 1am. I told them before and I just couldn‘t take a different flight but they charged that fee anyways. When we‘ve arrived I had to call 12 times before someone anwered and came to open the door. I was so afraid that we would not have a place to stay! That‘s annoying.

    Avoid. Tiny rooms so small one can hardly enter. Wardrobe blocks 60% of the light from a single window. No staff on site; any that do attend speak no English. Key collected from a newsagent around the corner who isn’t interested in helping with any problem. Breakfast supposed to be provided but was not even after I phoned their office.

    Small but Satisfactory

    Room was clean but very small so would only advice staying there for short trips e.g. a few days. Some minor problems such as the table which was attached to the wall kept collapsing and so I couldn't keep any of my stuff on there. Also on the second night all the electricity was off on my floor meaning I could not charge my phone/laptop which was quite annoying and none of the lights worked, but this was likely just a one off thing. Overall the location was great and so I would stay again if neccesary.

    good neighbourhood, poor room

    The place itself was fine, but the room was very cold. The window couldn't close completely and the heater wasn't working. The bad was very, very soft and the door couldn't stay closed unless you locked it

    was in good location for good price. But there is no possibility to leave your luggage and wifi is not good... i wish i wouldnt have found hairs in my towel, anyway its fine place to stay 1 or 2 days by the way if you check in after 8pm you need to pay 10£ more

    I stayed 12th./13th. July and I was really impressed. The only problem seemed to be that the showers on the 1st floor had no hot water so I had to use the 2nd. floor showers. I was told by another guest that the hot water had been off for 5 days. This should have been fixed immediately.............by a qualified plumber. The only other niggle I have is that I couldn't choose my own room - I would have preferred one at the back away from the street.

    I booked the apartment from 23-26 April, noted that there's a request on the confirmation email as there's no reception desk available, I have to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before my arrival for the access into the hotel, a UK contact number was left on the email. I had to request a special access to hotel, as my arrival time was 'outside' of check-in time period. I started calling the number 5 days in advance to my arrival, however the number did NOT get through as it was an INVALID number. I have at least tried calling the numbers i got given for 30 times, none of it went through.Therefore, I reached hotels.com hotline for this problem, I was dismissed by an helpful staff by saying that it wasn't their responsibility to contact the hotel. Eventually after some complains, they did try the numbers they had, but still didn't get through as they were all INVALID numbers. Hotels.com also gave me an email address that i immediately sent email to get in touch. I don't think any travellers would want to risk travelling to London without securing a place to stay, thus I booked another hotel for my 3-night stay. Eventually, i got an email reply from the hotel when i arrived in London at 9PM, but it was ALL TOO LATE. The hotel operator has the duty to be kept accessible from their guests at all times, and I can't believe hotels.com allows this kind of hotel operators to be operating on their website. Just DO NOT BOOK.
