The motel is run down a little, but this is not my issue. A non smoking room means that you don't open the rooms window next to the afixed ashtray prior to arrival. I appreciate the idea given it was a hot summers day, but close the window and turn on the a/c.

The door didn't work. The aircon wasn't warm . The carpark is tiny. No hand soap provided. No cutlery provided.

If you had to.....
There could have been a few more facilities provided. There was a toaster & microwave - but only one teaspoon & nothing to wash your dishes with (detergent) afterwards??? Someone (staff?) have pulled out ALL the plugs on lighting electric blankets etc - had to get under the bed to plug them in - unusual.
