The pictures online look different than in person. The hotel is very dated, rooms were not the cleanest. The rooms need to be painted. The hotel has nice amenities but there is need for serious improvement when it comes to services. Our room was barely clean - cleaning service left plates of food we had eaten for two days and at times garbage won't be cleared. We are not even sure of our sheets were changed. Also, the food is not good and there is little variety. We order room service for breakfast and had staled pain au chocolat. The burger we order was awful and my steak which i order as medium well was more than done and very chewy!! Other than that staff are friendly and readily available to help!!! Not a 5 star experience at all

The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like. It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive. The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you!

Staff were very polite and helpful. Decor is very inviting and loving the facts that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel aren’t disposable bottles, great quality products used! Spa facilities are superb, it has a full gym, beautiful swimming pool but guests need swimming cap, unfortunately I didn’t have one but I used the steam room, sauna, shock shower, ice mountain, and I had an aromatherapy massage by lady called Ima from Bali, she was very good! The 4* reason being the breakfast buffets haven’t had a lot of choices especially the hotel received a lot of people from western countries so I feel like fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes are lacking but we would not hesitate to come back! 10 minutes walking distance to Hilltown which we loved too!

Beautiful hotel!

Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip. That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience.
