We weren't given access codes to our condo hotel until an hour before check in because we were told that they needed credit card information from us, but we never received an email from them requesting this information. Then when we arrived, there weren't adequate toiletries, there was only shampoo and 1 small bar of soap. I then had to request additional shampoo, conditioner and soap. Finally, we were supposed to have a Nespresso machine and a coffee maker in our unit, but all we had was a coffee maker with no filters or complimentary coffee provided. When I emailed them, they sent a staff member over who apologized, gave us a Nespresso machine and only 1 pod. We were told that we would be given more the next morning and then they didn't deliver.
I will say that the loft was comfortable, clean and in a great location. However, the lack of attention to detail was a disappointment, especially since we had to go to go out and buy coffee every morning. For the amount of money we paid for this accomodation, I expected better service. We're not sure that we would stay with them again.
