Spectacular waterfront views from this three-bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious coastal-style townhome w/ everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. In the summer, enjoy lunch on the waterfront deck watching geese swim by and cranes fly above, go crabbing from the dock, enjoy gorgeous sunrises over coffee and cocktails during moonlit nights over Little Assawoman Bay.
We take great pride in providing the best getaway possible for our guests. Feel confident booking with us after reading the 100 reviews from happy guests. We continue to make improvements to our home, and you'll find in 2022:

• Professionally designed master bath with walk-in shower and elegant, high-end fixtures (to be completed before April)

• New bedroom furniture and mattress in the Bayfront guest bedroom, and new queen mattress in the third bedroom

• New Weber grill (2021)

• Extremely comfortable Adirondack table and chairs on the main deck and Adirondack chairs on the master deck to enjoy the views

Cool off at the pool overlooking the bay. Bring your boat and park it at your private boat dock or rent boats/jet skis right next door.

Cook a delicious meal from your fully stocked kitchen featuring modern stainless steel appliances or relax over dinner and cocktails at Catch 54, voted Delaware’s Best Waterfront Restaurant. Papa Grandes is just steps from your door, and Harpoon Hannah’s, with its waterfront Tiki bar and entertainment, is just a stroll away.

In the winter, relax by the fire, enjoying views from your oversized windows.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with amazing views, a king-size bed, Serta pillow-top mattress, and a waterfront walk-out balcony with Adirondack chairs. The second bedroom features one queen bed (new bed and mattress as of 2022), and twin bed (new 2022) and another waterfront balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress (2022) and a balcony. There is a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Walk or bike to the beach, enjoy a spa day at Zen Spas steps away or a day of golf at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course down the street. We are close to many restaurants, a water park, mini golf and so many Ocean City activities. And don’t forget tax-free shopping!

Enjoy free wifi, two TVs (living room and master) with access to Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube TV, which offers all major local and cable channels.

    Off Season Retreat

    Since we had stayed at Fenwick Landing many years ago, it was great to be back. We were even able to meet up with some friends of years ago. Everything was great. We did have one recommendation - a grab bar in the bath/shower would be helpful.

    Sisters get-together

    We had a great visit. Property was everything that we needed, nice layout with three decks. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck, looking at the bay. First time we had seen each other in almost two years. Very nice area, close to the beach, which was important for us, and lots of shops and restaurants. Close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City, MD. We would definitely visit again.

    Great bay and sunrise views!

    Edgar and Stacie were excellent hosts and the property is well represented in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay there! It was so great to have use of the kayak so we could explore the bay area and see some of the birds more close up. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you'd need, though with three great restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk, you may not want to cook any dinners! We had a couple of check-in hiccups, quickly remedied via communication with Edgar and he was very gracious. A new grill was already on order to replace the nonworking current one, and arrived the day after us. Sticklers may note that the bathrooms could use some updating, and the floors, although broom clean, caused feet to be black by the end of the day. I would suggest some slippers for in-house use, unless the cleaning folks start to mop with more frequency. Those with younger kids may like to know that the master bedroom on the third floor has a more loft-like exposure, not a full wall/door, so that could be a safety issue for little climbers (and is not really shown in the photo). The other bedrooms have doors. Those with young children might also want to be aware that the property really doesn't have much easy walking or biking access, as you'd have to cross the busy bridge (just a narrow sidewalk with no other barrier from cars) and a road towards the beach that has a variable shoulder and then busy parking lot leading up to the light. I would be hesitant to ride/walk here with anyone under 15 and even as an adult, it's a bit scary. People do it, however. Ocean City MD is just a few minutes drive and we highly recommend the drone show in their park. We enjoyed driving to Fenwick Island State Park for the beach time, as they had nice restroom and food facilities as well as a nice beach. The lot does fill up, so try to arrive before 11am, or go later in the day. Overall it was a lovely week, and you have some great shopping right in town, or Rehoboth or Bethanny just a short drive away as well.

    Bayside Retreat

    This is a lovely property on the Bayside. I enjoyed waking up to see the sun rise over the bay, then taking my coffee out on the deck to enjoy the peace. The property is very close to three restaurants, including Harpoon Hannah's. The home was well stocked with any needed kitchen supplies and tools. Our group included my husband and me, our daughter and son-in-law, and nine-month-old granddaughter. The house was a perfect size for our group. It was an enjoyable week!

    Amazing property.
