The property would not answer their phone for me or for Expedia rep. Customer service POOR! I wanted to know the policy on having to have a test to stay there it didn’t say on the front page my wife didn’t want to try it if the deny her she would not have a place in Manila. They rejected us. SHAME ON THIS RED DOOR HOTEL!!!!

The place overall was not bad. We stayed at Red Doors in Sta. Cruz, Manila. But I’m dismayed with the lack of basic necessities like toilet paper, soap , shampoo, etc… The meals, though delicious, are often late and in very small portions. Their saving Grace are their staff. They have the friendliest, very courteous and accommodating bunch of people.
