The staff were helpful but did not know how the apcoa Printworks car park works. I was given false instructions regarding the parking there which caused some overlapping charges from the parking. However Apcoa were friendly enough to return the charges. The hotel staff did also claim that I could not drive out and in during my pre-booked parking, this is not true as confirmed by apcoa. The hotel itself was top notch, nice rooms and nice restaurant.

We chose the Indigo as it was a well priced option for a weekend in Manchester. We were coming into Piccadilly, but it wasn't too far to walk to Victoria and this hotel's location on the corner of the Northern Quarter meant it was fantastic for bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was well kept, clean and very neatly presented. Every member of staff we dealt with was lovely, but special shout to Ainara for her service with a smile at breakfast. We would 100% choose this hotel again for a weekend in Manchester.
