Lovely decor
Perfect stay, complimentry red wine greatly appreciated. Very nicely decorated throughout. Only issue is that the window didn’t stay open so you are forced to use the air con to cool down the room when the window would have been fine.

Lovely hotel in a great location nice and clean we stayed four night the room was very nice we had breakfast there was plenty of choices and nice room for evening drinks the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us if I was in Valencia again I would stay at this hotel again

It was nice to have a rooftop bar, however staff were very slow to serve, and on one occasion they stopped serving while we're we still ordering for our group so only half of us got a drink. We also felt it was unnecessary and unsafe to turn off the lights so we were in pitch black when it was closing time. A very unsubtle and unsafe hint that it was time to leave. Thankfully we managed to leave in the dark without major incident or injury.

I booked a superior room big enough for two persons. My stay was one night, even if i would have stayed three nights room is good size. Big walk in shower in bathroom. Amenities good big screen TV. Staff at reception very helpful. Big THANK YOU for ANDREA she was extremely helpful when i arrived in the evening. Location very central metro station COLON short walk to NH COLLECTION HOTEL. Shops restaurants Stores all walking distance as soon as leave hotel either direction.
