Exceptional 10.0
We went to Bath to celebrate my sister’s special birthday and stayed in 8 for two nights. We had an amazing time and can’t fault this hotel. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the food was delicious and the rooms very clean with a lovely comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again.

A good location close to the Roman Baths. Natalie greeted us and provided us excellent advice on restaurants.

Convenience, Convenience, Convenience. We were within blocks of the baths, the rail station, and an array of very good to awesome restaurants. The room was perfect and the breakfast was worth waking up for. If we go back, this will be our place to stay.

Good 6.0
Great but avoid top floor standard rooms.
The hotel itself is great and in a perfect location. The breakfast was lovely and I would definitely urge you to eat at the restaurant, which is really good. The only downside was we had a top floor room which was uncomfortably hot all the time. It was a nice weekend weather wise (low 20s) but not hot so I could only imagine what it was like in summer. The staff did all they could with providing fans but it meant having a powerful fan on full whack all the time. It was a shame as it was lovely otherwise but we just didn't want to spend any time in the room.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Stylish rooms, fantastic food, superior service. Right in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the major sights. Would recommend the magic theatre (Krowd Keepers) round the corner above the Ale House Pub and the free magic bar downstairs. Amazing food in the hotel, but if you are there for more than a night and want to try something else, then can highly recommend La Perla for evening tapas or Ponte Vecchio by the river for relaxed Italian lunch on the balcony. Roman Baths self guided tour was very interesting too.
