Extremely dirty rooms with bathroom rotting and shower head just fell off during the shower. Excellent friendly staff who weren’t able to help in most cases.

Very dirty and mattress has lot of stains and bathroom and everything is very dirty. I feel pity for the owner that the employees not cleaning up the room. They gave us the room and bathroom is not flushing.. Nasty apartment. Pls don't show this apartment.

Clean, but uncomfortable
This was a last minute booking as we had an early morning flight out of Labasa. Other hotels were booked. We knew this hotel wasn't fancy - we were okay with that. On the positive side, it was clean and the shower worked well. Also, the A/C worked well and was welcome after staying in an island village for the prior 5 days. On the negative side, the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Also, the toilet had an internal leak and we could hear the drip, drip, drip all night long - even with the bathroom door closed.

We do not normally bother with reviews, but on this occasion, we can not even begin to say how bad it was. We spent 6 nights with very little sleep or comfort. only thing positive was 2 cleaners who were helpful. The bed is rock hard, no exaggeration!! The bathroom is falling apart, shower screen not attached to the wall. And the door which opened inward, was hanging on one hinge. Towel supply was intermittent, on one occasion we were asked if we had showered, because they were full and we wouldn’t get towels that day!! The hotel is noisey every night, especially weekends with large groups on balconies, and in front of the shop, and no security to be found. The people in reception (except one)were the worst we had ever come across in our many visits to Fiji. The room shook when traffic drove past, and the rooms are not sound proof at all to the constant traffic. Furniture was not put together properly and everything wobbled or moved when you are on it!! Be careful of the stairs, they are very uneven. Very disappointed with our money being spent here.

Absolutely disappointed Very poor room condition Water filled up in the bathroom overnight Balcony sliding door could not open at all. 4 people to share one bath towel Ask fo breakfast though we paid for it. Bit were ask to pay again in cash and try did not want to serve us room service Very basic amenities n service Room size are very good Bed is like rock . Very hard and uncomfortable Overall experience I am a disappointed customer
