Great location and views, helpful service.
Excellent views and location. The bathrooms are a bit dated but the overall condition is good and the room had excellent space and some storage which is very rare in Tokyo at this price point. Connecting tunnels direct into the station are a life saver in the very hot weather.

Great Stay with Family
The hotel is wonderfully located at Tokyo Station which can be easily accessed by a single street cross walk or by underground, either way it’s direct access. The hotel staff at check in and the management was very welcoming and polite to the family. Accommodations were comfortable and with our room having a view over the train station my kids were very excited to sit in the large windows and watch all the various trains pass by. We opted for the Western style breakfast on 8th floor and it was nice. Enough food to satisfy your needs, but not an over elaborate buffet choice with too many options. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to future stays. My son said when we come back to Japan I want to stay in this hotel and see all the trains….it’s so nice and comfy.
