4/10 Fair

Beautiful landscaping, terrible food
The outdoor landscaping, paths, fountains are the stars during both day and night. However, not a good place for people with mobility issues, or disabilities. Many, many levels changes, uneven steps, few railings, and unexpected angles and no ADA here in Nexuco. All Inclusive was fun for activitities but the food was mediocre to poor. My son found a 1/2 size hard concrete "something " in his cooked mushrooms. Hotels.com did not honor the free airport transfer and the hotel said ut wasn't their problem. After spending an hour at the on site Expedia office with no positve outcome, even though the reservation and confirmation# clearly says free airport transfer, the rep said I'd have to argue with Hotels.com when I get back. Lots of fun pools with bars everywhere however drinks in general were awful. Staff in general were friendly but communication often got screwed up. Some is language but some just incompetence. I booked this hotel because of the Nadal Tennis Academy but basically it's just branding with a little Nadal museum, tiny store, and 8 clay courts, 3 covered. Clinics were nothing special but good practice. The beach was nice.
