It is a 3 star hotel, but what make the difference is there above and beyond customer service by there front office staff. I had concern regarding my room been on lower floor but, supervisor Mr. Kiollar Tamas took care of the situation immediately and we were got a room to a higher floor. This place is at the walking distance from all tourist attractions. 3 star hotel with 5 STAR customer service by the hotel staff.
