An apartment and not a hotel, lot of space, nice decoration and accents, location at the heart of FW downtown...what prevents full satisfaction was a couple of surprises, a cleaning fee and CC double charge but customer service was great.

Pluses: Great location, nice apartment complex, comfortable king-sized bed, two large HD TVs, working washer and dryer. Minus: Unit could have been cleaned a little better (top of refrigerator had not been dusted off in months). That said, would definitely recommend.

Property was very large with 2 separate suites, large bedrooms and baths. The rugs were dirty and worn in the bedrooms.... The bathroom floors were filthy..... I cleaned them myself and the dirt that was removed show me they were not cleaned in a very long time. The unit also smelled like a wet dog.

Nice but easily improved.
The touch pad at the key kiosk was designed for wheelchair access. That's wonderful, but I had to get down on my knees to use it. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and a nice seating area and bed. However, the only place one could place folded clothing was on wire shelves in a walk-in closet. It might be nice to have a dresser in the bedroom. The location is good for access to a park, the river, downtown Ft. Worth, or to the art museums to the west.

Pros: Great location, communication, amenities, well equipped, large space. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and out. It wasn’t perfect as there were streaks from cleaning but it WAS clean unlike representations from other guests. Convenient and plenty of parking. I would stay here again. Improvements: Add additional towels. Add curtains. This was in the ground level and faced a parking lot so headlights would light up the room occasionally. Provide map to apartment amenities. Hard to locate entries to pool and outdoor spaces. Maybe add an additional seating option in bedroom and a throw rug to cover the stain and just pop up the room a bit.

Awesome space for and awesome price. Check-in is with a key lock box, didn’t know that but I just called and they walked me through how to get my room key. If you need something you can call the 877 number and they are very helpful.
