estoy muy molesto por que pague por adelantado la estadia en el hotel casa malibu por medio de hotels.com y me estafaron llegando al hotel y la recepcion me dijo que no habia ninguna reserva a nombre mio y que el hotel solo trabajaba con una sola pagina de reservas y no era hotels, exijo el reembolso de mi dinero y los problemas que me causaron al no tener estadia en la ciudad de medellin, si piensan responderme por favor escribir a mi correo gafaro88@hotmail.com
