Very centric girl, right across from Plaza de España. The hotel is very neat and clean rooms well equipped. Nice view from the room. Sky Deck in the 27th floor has 360 views. Restaurant in the 26th is ok. Swimming pool in the 25 is small. I will recommend this hotel.

The desk person was not really knowledgeable, it was my second time at Riu, I told her but the room she gave us was without view and small! Then I complaint to the manager who is a very efficient, professional with good customer service and with extreme courtesy he gave us a nice room with view.
