We stayed in a two story, two bedroom townhouse which was lovely, we shared the unit with another couple and there was plenty of room. We had 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a lovely living room with a balcony and a view of the pool and the beach.
There really was nothing I didn't like about the unit. I did notice that some areas of the property are in need of repair but overall it was a very nice resort.

Nice apartment but high fees
Nice community. Building is about 40 years old but our unit was recently renovated. close to pool and beach. plenty of parking.
Mind the fees that are charged on top of the daily rate. Oor fees were half of the total price and were unexpected.

The townhouse was beautiful. Decor was beachy. Views of the ocean on both floors. Maybe I didn't read properly but the unit is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. More stairs to the bedroom on the 3rd level. So someone with stair issues might want to know about this. Otherwise it was a most fantastic stay. Minutes from downtown and Christmas lights. Beach was beautiful. My daughter lives 2 buildings down. That was the most important reason I rented. BUT it was stunning and all the comforts of home plus.
