Okay stay.
No elevators. We were struggling with luggage and housekeeping staff were cleaning just inside door but made no effort to hold open door or help us. Disappointing. Not much in way of amenities around hotel. Ate in restaurant and found serving staff slow and ill informed. My wife ordered chicken Caesar salad which had the Romaine lettuce swimming in dressing which made it almost uneatable. Wouldn’t eat there again. While that said, room was nice and comfortable. Nice touch with heated towel rack in bathroom and heated mirror. Nice to have complimentary water in fridge!

The hotel itself was brilliant. They had setup ready for christmas with the decorations etc, which was refreshing to see considering the current situation (That global pandemic). The hotel itself is very spacious and well layed out. It looked modern and had that home from home feeling. The rooms were fantastic and the black out curtains actually blocked out the light! The room had a smart TV so I was able to put Netflix on which was nice. They had everything setup to ensure the hotel was safe with hand santiser in every area and machines to check your temperature. One way systems throughout and all staff protected by face masks. What was nice about this was that although they had met all of the requirements required, you didn't feel like you were locked in a prison with a comfortable bed. Instead, you felt like you were in a hotel being looked after which I have not found in a hotel for severy months. The staff were great right from Check-in through to departure. The staff on breakfast were attentive and so were the staff in the restaurant/bar area. A big shout out to Liam for the breakfast prep. Many thanks to Orla & Manta for looking after us in the restaurant area and making sure we had everything we needed. Even though we may have been a bit needy, they always kept a smile on their face. Also a thank you to Margaret at the reception for answering any questiond we had and assisting with everything we needed. Overall a great stay and I will be back next time!

Suite was lovely - great to have the little kitchenette and the bed was heaven! Fab bathroom, lovely leisure facilities and amazing restaurants. Staff were lovely - little mix up with our check out time but were very apologetic. Would 100% recommend.
