"Service was excellent. Breakfest (that was included) was decent, nothing over the top but nothing that needed to be fixed. Restarting (the york) was good food. The room we stayed in was actually quite big. Clean, no complaints about housekeeping. The hotel listed a heated pool and a sauna.
The sauna no longer existed due to covid apparently. The pool was slightly heated and in need of repairs regarding pool liner, paint, ect to brighten it up. "

"Casino is terrible. Smaller than a sardine can and just as packed. Old machines. Minimal tables that are always full. Dirty. Hotel was not great either. Shower was slippery with scum. Toilet seat was barely on. Sink had a huge crack. Faucet was barely attached and spun freely. Walls are PAPER thin. Room dated and not welcoming or a stand out on any way. Yea. Wasnt great to say the least."
"The hotel.didnt have the room we booked and switched us in a two queen size bed bedroom instead saying Expedia overbooked the rooms allowed ! No option, no compensation offered by the hotel. There was a wedding that night and it was very loud and we could hear the music passed 23h00 in our room. Breakfast was ok, as most of the breakfast included in the hotels who.offered that
Breakfast area was in the lobby, just in front of the main entrance. No privacy and very noisy. "
