"If we ever come back to Bahamas, we will definitely stay at British Colonial again. The ground both inside and outside are immaculate. Staffs are overall friendly and professional. The location is the best, private beach and close to everything. "

"Hmm we stayed a week at the reef and the condition of the rooms were far better. Upon checking we tried to extend our stay and the man in front did it but then a manager storms out from back and says she will not honor it. Kinda glad she didn’t. The rooms sucked. The tubs are peeling. The pipes were leaking. The toilet had huge puddle outside of it. They never changed the bed sheets nor did they help. Anytime we had issue the clear wouldn’t even respond to what we were saying. The reef was a far superior hotel and just overall staff. "

"Too much street noise. There were guests having domestic fights in the halls late at night. "

"Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly. "
