2/10 – Médiocre
This is the second time I have stayed here and had to deal with an alarm go off and then not fixing the issue. First my reservation was for two queens and I was given a room with a kind and pull out. We made that work but when we had the alarm issue they tried to move us to a room with one king which would not work. The front desk was rude and did nothing to help. For over 250 a night I expected more. I will not be back. Very disappointing as I have always stayed at a Hilton if I can. They did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
