2 bedroom suite, pool, game room, bar all wonderful! Restaurant food was not good at all. They need a new chef because the lamb was raw, bleeding when I cut into it, chicken wings were so dry! Pasta was blah. The restaurant is not at the same caliber as the hotel.
Overall, we had a really nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was lovely. Nice pool and workout room. The restaurant was great. We were there in Summer so it seemed short-staffed at times. At check-in we realized our AC didnât work (each room had its own mini-split which seems crazy.) The guy at the front desk tried to find us a room with one that worked and ended up having to upgrade us to a suite. It was very kind of him. I would hesitate to book in summer again though because itâs an important amenity for me.
Suite with two bedrooms adjoining living room and full kitchen was very convenient. Required repairs of thermostat, window shade and TVs in bedrooms nearly inoperable. Eco shower and faucets only provided lukewarm hot water. Hotel convenience store closed at 2pm.
Great facilities that require additional investment from management to bring them to first-class hotel standards.
The room was wonderful and new! We had hoped to see the fireworks, either over Jordanelle or from PC or Heber, but could only hear them from our 6th floor mountain facing room. If the new rooms that were under construction next to us are open for the holiday next year,.they'll have good views of the fireworks (I bet). Kids (14,11) had tons of fun playing in the game room and in the pool. The close location made it ideal for us to get out to Jordanelle to kayak and SUP; having the kitchen made it nice to plan meals from bringing breakfast to keeping snacks cool for a lake day to grabbing something at the grocery on the way back from the lake so we could all just veg out
We stayed one night for our anniversary. The area is scenic, the room was new and it felt as if we were the only guests there. It was quiet and clean and comfortable.
