Worst hotel ever!
When we arrived the lady at the front desk said she had no rooms (even though we had a confirmed reservation). Then she “found” a room for us since we had travelled from overseas.
The hallways smelled dirty and musky, and the room was no better. We had a roommate... a roach I photographed! Yuck! We wouldn’t let our girls walk barefoot on the carpet and we had serious doubts about the sheets.
The kitchenette had no supplies (this May be their format) but I at least expect glasses or plates...
The bathroom wasn’t clean, the carpet was stained (red so our girls thought it was blood... to add to the drama!) as was the new roll of toilet paper. I’m serious!
When we returned after dinner there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “we are overbooked, We have no more rooms, sorry for the inconvenience “ I can’t believe this! People count on their reservations!
During the night we were constantly woken up by the LOUDEST A/C ever! Rattling, rumbling and squeaking! The next morning, both elevators were out of order... coffee was out and the staff wasn’t too happy to be bothered ... The granola bars were stale. We didn’t dare try anything else!
They do t clean your room... which I think is how Extended stay works... but there is an option for it which they did not mention.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
