Not what I expected
Location location but pretty much that’s all
The beds are comfortable and clean. The rest of the apartment is run down from the 80’s. The shower is a disaster and it barely even exits. Shower head hangs by thread, the shower curtain is disgusting and the towel holder needs some screws to be able to hold on because it does not even hold the towels, they kept falling.
When I contacted office for any issues they were kind but useless. We asked for additional key to the apartment and it was a no . We also asked for a fan because it was extremely hot and the place did not have any ac and they said no. I had a feeling that they didn’t want to deal with us or deal with the issues we had.
Since there was no ac, we had to have all the windows open which flooded the apartment with an unbearable smell of cigarettes. Apartment it’s located in very convenient location, walking distance or few stops on public transportation to all major attractions.Apartment does have potential to be excellent but needs major renovation and improvements.
