Clean hotel, bummed to see the outdoor pool wasn’t open on a nice spring weekend (but understood). The breakfast buffet was WAY overpriced. Almost all hotels have what they offered for free. The bistro was a nice touch. It would have been nice to a microwave in the room or floor. It was hard to find an ice machine as well. The kids had fun and the room was nice

The hotel is clean and several amenities to offer. The Bistro and Bar are a nice touch. I would have rated a perfect score except we did not have any hot water. We couldn't shower before leaving, because it was so cold. I told the front desk gentleman, when checking out, and he said oh yeah sorry about that. Then proceeded to tell me that I'm all set.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium
