We chose to stay here for a second trip became our first visit was so great, we are glad we did! Everything is so clean, the rooms are great, the beds are comfy, the arcade is fun, the pool is awesome, the pool bar, the convenience area in lobby, this is the best hotel for us.

Disappointing for Baby Moon Stay

We booked this hotel for our baby moon and had issues immediately upon our arrival. We had to wait for someone to come replace the shower head because it wasn’t working properly. After it was replaced, the shower made such loud noises whenever we tried to use the hot water. The AC wasn’t working properly and the temperature kept fluctuating to the point that we could not rest well, there was also very bad odors in the hallway that caused me nausea. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. Also, the extra parking fees while we were there were not listed on hotels.com. We paid almost $600 for 3 nights at this hotel and it was not at all worth that amount.

Hidden fees

The only thing that I didn’t like about the stay was the unexpected fees that came with it. I had already paid for my stay in full just to be hit with a parking fee, and a hotel security deposit, so funds I was expecting to have for my trip I didn’t due to those fees that I saw nowhere advertised on the website.

It was ok

Loved the staff. Especially the lady at the pool. The hotel was ok. We were on a weekend trip so it was ok but I wouldn’t choose for longer. My son enjoyed the game took and the pool but the issue with the ants was distracting. Loved the tiki bar! Applebees being attached was a major bonus especially because kids eat free. Great location oh and they no longer have a shuttle to sea world which caught me off guard.
