Not what we expected

There were no bath towels in the room. No instructions for calling the front desk. I booked an accessible room but it definitely wasn't. The front desk person was not helpful when I asked about places in the area that would deliver food. He said "Use Door Dash". There was a horrible smell in the hallway, most likely someone smoking marijuana out there. All in all, it was very disappointing.

Not a great stay

The floor in our room was so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would turn black. The shower curtain was too long and dingy and yellow on the bottom. When trying to get in through the “A” entrance we had to use a key but the key would get bent after having to use multiple attempts for it to unlock. Then your key would be too bent to use on your room door.

Fraud-Beware

Really cannot begin to describe the horror that is this hotel… after sending us on a rat race for a room, which we paid for at check-in, that included a room that could not be accessed due to keypad issues, a room with no mattress, a room that had a searing hot iron on while being totally disheveled, a room that was occupied, they finally told us “We don’t have any more rooms”. We then asked for our money back and the unhelpful, unprofessional, super rude desk attendant said, “We have a no refund policy, you’re taking this personally”. When we called the next day to try and reach a manager, another unprofessional desk attendant said, “Haven’t you heard of a day off, the earliest someone will get back to you is Monday.” So now we wait to see what will be done, while the pending charge for a room we never received in a filth pit of a hotel, sits on my recent credit card activity. Wyndham needs to get their name off this hotel.

Just don’t.

The moment we got in the room I knew I wanted to leave. It was filthy. The tv remote was covered in a crusty substance, the bathroom was dirty, there was mold/mildew on outlets. We were hollered at by homeless people on the parking lot. Then, upon returning to our room the night we checked in, the entire building smelled like fentanyl.

The room given to us, as soon as you enter it, smells like cigarettes. Then when I used the bathroom, it was dirty! The toilet has something on it and the flush wasn’t working properly. We had to go back to the reception to request for a change of room. They upgraded us. But the flush of the toilet isn't working properly as well. If you are just staying a night in Billings, it’s okay.

False advertisement!!

The pictures of the room that this site has that’s supposed to be of the room you select wasn’t what the room looked like in person! I booked a 2 queen bed suite for my family of 5, the pictures I based my room selection off of showed the room with way more space, a couch and a table and chairs, which would be great for my family. When we got to the room it was a standard double queen room, no extra space, no couch, no table and chairs! The front desk said I had to contact Hotels.com who did absolutely nothing for me and didn’t care they’re false advertising the rooms in the pictures! We were uncomfortable, had no where to sit to eat, all of us were crammed onto 2 beds and it caused everyone to stress out! We were all VERY disappointed!

This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. The floor had stains on it, shower curtain rods were broken. Hair in the bathtub stains on sheets, and stains on curtains. The staff could not keep up with towels for guests in rooms or pool area. The pool with slide was only bright spot!
