We will stay here again
The resort was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our room had a deck from which you could see the slopes. The rooms were a bit warm and one of the hot tubs was out of commission. However, we still had a great time - lots of local food options, parking is relatively close, and the ambiance was great

This hotel has filthy rooms, it felt like a roadside Motel 6. I had high hopes bc the lobby was nice and it’s called a Spa. This hotel’s condition is worthy of being condemned

The property was OK in condition and presentation. The pool and the hot tubs were not working correctly and so that had a impact on the overall enjoyment of the stay. The on-site restaurants were pricey for what you received and the food quality was average.

Comfortable Room
The rooms are very nice. The staff was very friendly. They no longer offer on call shuttle service to the mountain so you do need to use the buses which run every 30 minutes. The hot tub is adequate but barely. There is only one for the whole complex and the jets were not working, there are no hooks etc for towels and it could be a little hotter.

Parking Woes
The hotel is great, the parking not so much. You have to park across the street and to get there you have to leave the hotel, go through a tunnel under the street by taking 4 sets of steps. You unload and then move your car across the street and then do the opposite when you leave. Never mind that this time of year its 19 F outside and you have multiple bags of ski/snowboard gear.
