Saw the nice price. Totally regret it
The place has so much potential, nice pool (just needs to be cleaned), rooms are adequate and clean . That’s the good part. The food is adequate if you like buffet with zero flavor. I had to ask for salt and pepper. There is a menu to order from and I met nothing but resistance and excuses why I couldn’t order from it. Finally a quick call to the manager allowed me to order from the menu. Drinks are in recycled cups. No pool bar. It’s non functional. No bar stools at the other bar. Bottom of the budget. Cheapest beverages and food available. It’s very sad because all you see is the wealth of potential this place could be. Until they make some serious changes I would not let the price entice you to book here. You will regret it.

Everyone working at the hotel were very friendly helpful and professional. Everything was super clean. Some maintenance going on outside which did not bother us at all it was good to see that they were taking care of the outside. However, it seems that their bathroom shower area could do with an upgrade. We had two rooms and both were equally disappointing. Definitely some remodeling is needed in the rooms.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con nuestra habitación pero lo solucionaron enseguida, cambiándonos. La canción de la bikina instrumental, suena todo el tiempo, a todas a horas, en todas las áreas. No miento cuando digo que era una repetición infinita. Después del segundo día, realmente se vuelve molesto. Ojalá pudieran hacer algo al respecto. En cuanto a las instalaciones y staff, todo fue muy bueno. Muy amables, serviciales y las instalaciones muy bellas con todas las actividades posibles disponibles y una playa pequeña pero hermosa y súper a gusto. Volvería solo si me aseguraran que cambiaron su playlist.

The pools are open from 7 am-10pm! You could go to the restaurant for dinner without dressing up, just slip your cover up on (men need to have a shirt), eat and go back to your beach chair. Worst resort we have ever stayed at. From pulling up at the resort there was no one to greet us then we had to stand at the front desk for a while because no one seemed to want to help us. Food was HORRIBLE..pools were absolutely disgusting and had a terrible smell to them. None of the employees seemed happy at all so service wasn’t good all week we were there. Beds were the worst we have ever slept on, very old hard matresses. No fun entertainment for the kids whatsoever. We will never be back to say the least!

The food was nearly inedible. Luckily we only stayed for one night. The room was extremely hot and the bathroom, especially the shower was very unsanitary. I did not want to go in without my shoes. The mattresses were extremely hard and there was no Wi-Fi connection in our room. We will not stay here if we return to Cozumel. The staff was more than friendly and helpful and I appreciate their service. I wish the facilities and menus would be updated. Sewage smell was overwhelming.

I paid for a three-night reservation but only stayed for less than a day (July 6, 2024). The worst hotel experience I have ever had!!! Dirty rooms (molded, rusted bathroom). worn out, caved-in mattress, beach closed packed with DRY sargassum (days of accumulation), swimming pool discussing (green scummy water with debris inside the pool, the buffet recycled the same soggy vegetables served for lunch during dinner with ZERO main protein dish...They ran out of meat with almost no guests in the hotel. The condition of the premises is deplorable. I demand a refund! The front desk dismissed my complaint with a "sorry, we don't have control over natural disasters!! (Since Hurracine Beryl occurred two days before but there was no damage to the property at all!) The few hotel guests were also complaining about the situation but the hotel staff did NOTHING to alleviate the situation!!!.
