I had booked a room that slept 4 adults and when I went to check in they gave me a different room that only slept 2 adults and gave me 2 air mattress instead. And it was a hassle to get the air mattress delivered to our room. Also the hall smelled bad like wet carpet they had a dryer plug in front of our outside door to dry the carpet. We will not stay there again.
Great hotel that has all the amenities you would expect in a four star establishment. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Access to shopping, dining and adventure is only minutes away. I would highly recommend!
Just for one night to meet with family. Took us a while to figure out the elevators because they weren't explained, but we eventually figured them out. Hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was like no hotel buffet ever before-- very fresh, good QUALITY, delicious food. Fruit was beautiful and ripe. I'd love to know the brand of sausage. It was super tender and tasty.
This was the quietest hotel room
I have ever stayed at! Absolutely no noise from the halls or outside, and there was plenty going on. I was here for a work conference, and it was also fiesta time. The only noise was in the lobby, but the rest of the hotel was so quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.
Receptionist didnât explain anything to me about putting a large amount of money as a place holder when I checked in. I had a connecting room, but the door lock was a bit unreliable & I can the person talking on the phone in the room next to mine. The pillows were all feather and had no volume, my neck would hurt if I didnât stack 2-3 pillows together. the elevators were great, little food place/coffee shop was good. No one cleaned the tables outside that though. Despite all that, I had a good stay.
Despite contacting the hotel multiple times days prior to arrival, we did not receive the floor placement we requested and were placed on the opposite end of the building on 27 from the lounge located on 26. we attempted to have this rectified through the online chat system, but nothing was provided by way of relocation or compensation. One in our party had a broken foot and the other was a special needs adult. Being on a different floor and far from the side of the building with the concierge lounge made the day more difficult than necessary. We do not plan to visit the Marriott River center in the future.
