The only thing bad is that it was pretty dusty! On the places we can not seeâŠbut as iâm allergic to dust i saw all those corners⊠like the bed head, the lamps, the paintingsâŠ
the breakfast was good and offers a good variety!
It is just in front of the subway station! Transport very easy to visit boston.. 20 min to downtown.
Beautiful hotel. New, clean, on site parking
Only issue is service:
- coffee machine broken and no one to change it
- towel shortage
- breakfast is very limited. I guess that limits waste.
- very slow transit to Boston due to work on the red line. Nothing to do with the hotel, but they could warn customers that commute is more like 45 mins into Boston instead of 25 regularly. Could be an issue for business meetings.
Dear Officer
1) When I checked in, I paid with a debit card. I decided to get it back when I checked out of july 22. But it has not been returned so far (August 1st).
2) The card that I paid the deposit after checking out on july 22 has been withdrawn without permission for two times so far.
I request an immedidate refund of deposit & unauthorized withdrawal money(2 times)
And I strongly request the prohibition of any kind of unarthorized withdrawl in the future.
Just okay. They advertise a bar which isnât there. Shower pressure was very intense to the point of being uncomfortable. The room was loud from traffic below, bed was uncomfortable, air conditioner wasnât sufficient, and no one was there to check us out when we were leaving. The maid service was good though.
