At this hotel house keeping didn't show up until our last day. We warned by the staff that housekeeping wasn't there everyday, but four days . Thats unsatisfactory.
Not well taken care of property. Not great guest service and our bathroom in our room was dirty. We only stayed because we were exhausted from traveling and there were very few options close by. On hotels.com this property had the highest rating for the options and price. Very disappointed for price and experience.
I love staying at the Hampton Hotel because of the great breakfast buffet and coffee in the sitting areas. The staff is wonderful, they were friendly, polite and always had a smile. I will be booking a room there again. I recommend staying at the Hampton to everyone. You'll enjoy the stay.
Stayed here for a multi day conference for work. Room was out of conditioner and lotion, had mold spots above the shower, and wasnât as well kept as most Hamptons. Typically I prefer this brand due to high consistent quality, this one just missed the mark.

Late arrival from a day of traveling. I can't speak for all the rooms but our room smelled like stinky feet and the couch was so dirty we didn't even put our suitcase on it. I did tell the staff in the morning and was told that they would notify housekeeping asap. Bedding was clean and comfortable. I had some Lysol spray that helped.
The property was clean however in need to be updated. The elevator was in need of repairs. It bounced up and down when the door opened. They said it's done that for a while. I was scared to use it. The staff was very courteous.
