The noise
It was ok. My son used the pool and once we got to the room the shower was ceased and not turning on at all. So my son stood there wet. I made many attempts to reach service which was not successful. I had to leave the room at that point. I went to the front desk and then someone came up to the room and had to fix the problem.My son was shivering cold wrapped in a towel. We were on the 7th floor. The hallway was extremely noisy in the middle of the night and the lobby bar felt as if it were in my room, I did not sleep.

Not worth it
The hotel needs to be upgraded the tub was dirty with a ring around the tub, the towel rack was bent, the soap dish was broken off on the corner of it the curtains was really dirty with visible stains on it the main to the room was disgusting. The night before I ask for another set of towels and wash cloths they never sent those I had to dry off with one of my clean shirts. That night and the next morning. We ended up checking out a day early.

The front desk staff and the wait staff in the restaurant were excellent!! But I was very disappointed in my meal at the restaurant. I ordered salmon with rice and asparagus and my friend ordered the pepperoni pizza. The salmon was ok, though a little cold. The rice was absolutely cold and undercooked, and there were only 4 asparagus stalks for nearly $45 with tip. Plus, my friend’s pizza was underwhelming and a little cool as well. I recommend everything else EXCEPT the restaurant’s food. As I said, the wait staff was great!

stay was good, close to the airport. the shuttle stops coming after 11 so if you fly in late, dont expect it to pick you up. the worst part about this place, they charge their guests to park at the hotel. its ridiculous
