Comfy beds….inadequate experience.
Had to key room keys redone the first 2 nights. Called office due to LOUD noises in rooms beside and across from us. Noise continued ALL night. 3rd night room was not cleaned. Went to desk for clean towels. Side entry door lock was broken. Anyone and everyone could enter the building at any time. Very unsafe!!!! The hallways smelled horribly of smoke. We requested a room away from smoking due to asthma issues. Tub/shower needs non-slip grips in bottom as my son and I both slipped.

Unacceptable conditions.
I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon checking in, I was informed of a deposit required due to issues with smoking in the rooms. After receiving my key, I made my way down a dimly lit hallway to my room, which was unfortunately not a welcoming sight. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how dark and musty the room felt, despite it being the height of the afternoon. I turned on the lights, but they did little to improve the ambiance. What I noticed first was the awful odor that permeated the space; it was quite off-putting. My next stop was the bathroom, where I was horrified to find small black specks in the toilet, sink, and bathtub. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for this establishment. Feeling overwhelmed by the unwelcoming environment and lack of cleanliness, I immediately returned to the reception desk and requested a refund. Honestly, the experience left me shaking my head in disbelief. I simply couldn't stay in such a musty, dark room. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously, as a little attention to detail would go a long way in improving the overall guest experience.

Inconsistent with cleanliness
I accidentally booked a smoking room which looked like crime scene. It was a so dirty. I had a hard time breathing. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to put me in a nonsmoking room which was 100% clean. A couple weeks later I booked another nonsmoking room. It was satisfactory but the room was mostly clean. Microwave and out parts of fridge were dirty, the office chair was old and greasy looking. Everything else was clean.
