Check in line was long and slow moving. Seems many rooms were not ready yet. While our room was ready, I was told the night before when someone called me from the hotel that the room would have 2 beds - not a bed and the dreaded sofa bed. Unfortunately that’s exactly what we got - the sofa bed was the 2nd bed. There were two towels in the entire room. No wash cloths and no smaller hand towels. I also had to find an employee to get a remote for the TV - which worked half the time. The room we had was in a different building from the front desk - but there was no phone in the room to be able to request these items. When I called from my cell phone, someone in California answered and gave me wrong info. The only positive of the stay was the owner of the Hub. He was super friendly and helpful.
