Hi, I requested a room without service animals and asked housekeeping, the manager, and the desk clerk to have one available since you are a no-pet hotel. I have a terrible allergy to animals, even service dogs. No one seemed to know about this request. I did a room check and took the room offered. The restaurant was closed for dinner on Labor Day. The break service stopped after 9:30 AM. I had to go out to eat. I had selected a hotel for in-meal availability. The place was attractive and clean, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend all hotels have rooms that are used only for non-pet or service animals. I was not told about breakfast time, and no meals in advance. The pool and courtyard were nice. Thank you.
